It doesn't take all that long for the game to become completely unplayable do to how often you are getting killed and how far you have to travel to get to the space stations you need to destroy. What's worse, each time you die, you re-spawn back at the stage's original spawn point and have to travel all the way back to where you were before dying. It quickly becomes impossible to avoid getting killed. In Bosconian, the further you get in the game, the more and more enemies and other obstacles it throws at you. Along the way, you've got enemy fighters to contend with and the stations themselves also have weapons that they can use to fire back at you. These stations are usually scattered far apart and far from where you spawn upon starting each stage, so you have to travel some distance to reach them.
